1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TrueForm AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and TrueForm OPC, a One Person Corporation registered under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines (“TrueForm”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Description of Service
TrueForm AI is a cloud-based document digitization platform that allows users to upload images and PDF files, extract text using AI-powered recognition technology, and edit and export the resulting digital documents. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid plans as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You may not share your account with others. Notify us immediately at support@trueformai.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: (a) upload content that is illegal or infringes any third-party rights; (b) use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal usage; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; (d) resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent; (e) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload any documents you submit to the Service, including documents containing personal or sensitive information of third parties. Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account termination.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant TrueForm OPC a limited, non-exclusive license to process your documents solely to provide the Service to you. TrueForm OPC retains all rights in the Service itself, including its software, interface, and brand. We do not claim ownership over the digitized output of your documents.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused upload credits, or dissatisfaction with AI output quality. If a payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period before downgrading your account to the Free plan. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
7. Data Processing and Privacy
Your uploaded documents are transmitted to third-party AI service providers for the purpose of text extraction and cleanup. These providers process your content transiently and are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not use your document content for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueForm OPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated output may contain errors and should be reviewed before professional use.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through Account Settings. Upon termination, your documents and personal data will be deleted from our systems within a reasonable period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required to do so by law. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to their use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration and not in any court or as part of a class action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against TrueForm OPC. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. This arbitration agreement does not apply to users residing in jurisdictions where such agreements are unenforceable under applicable law, including users in the European Union and European Economic Area.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
